On-Site Managed Service
We work with our clients to help them achieve their IT goals. Clients own equipment, and rarely have someone on-site who has the knowledge, the ability, or even the desire to manage it. IT1 takes over all of these tasks and provides what our clients need without costing them a fortune.
Off-Site Hardware Repair
There's a rule in technology - "Computers Break." It's a fact of life. IT1 Services can take systems off-site and fix and/or replace any issues with any Windows-based computer made since 1983. We are fluent in hundreds of different software products which helps us identify issues and resolve problems.
On-Site Hardware & Software Maintenance
We go on-site and resolve hardware, software, network, or infrastructure issues. We have over 50 years of combined experience.

Basic Services, Desktop & Network Support
$125 per hour
- Regular hours of service are: 7:30 to 5:30, Monday - Friday. Weekend service is available.
- On site or at one of our facilities.
- Scheduled preventive maintenance for an agreed block of time for workstation support.
- Standard desktop and network support that is not an emergency.
- Travel time is charged if you are out of the metropolitan service area or for less than two hours.
- Printer Repair Hewlett-Packard, Lexmark, IBM, Okidata, Xerox and others
Critical Systems & Network Support
$150 per hour
- Same day or critical next AM service.
- Regular hours of service are: 7:0 to 5:30 , Monday-Friday.
- Weekend service is available.
- On site or at one of our facilities.
- Travel time is charged if you are out of metropolitan service area or for less than two hours.
Emergency Support
$150 per hour
- LAN, WAN support other than during Regular hours.
- Jobs are scheduled through our Service Coordinator or we are contacted through emergency routing.
- Travel time is charged if you are out of metropolitan service area or for less than two hours.
Other System or Network problems
$150 to $250 per hour
- Cisco interconnectivity, troubleshooting, installation and modifications
- Citrix installations and set-up
- WebSense, database, Microsoft, Novell, Linux or OTR installation and set-up.
UNIX
$190 per hour
- Long and short-term rates are available.
- Per project is also available.
